Boosting Conversions with a Mobile-First Redesign for Direct Fabrics.

This project improved Direct Fabrics’ website by refining product categories, modernizing the mobile header, and restructuring key pages to create a clear, user-friendly layout that highlights best-sellers and enhances the browsing experience.

After analyzing the site, I reorganized the overall structure of the site and reimagined the homepage. The interface was made cleaner and more prioritized without reducing the content. Also, 12-column grid was used, margin and gutter are 190pt and 20pt respectively.
